• Actual cancellation policy will be informed at the time of booking.
• For all the non-refundable booking full payment is required at the time of booking.
• There is no guarantee to get rooms on the same floor or adjacent to each other.
• All hotels and airlines are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The hotel standard check in time will be 15:00 hrs or later.
• Standard check out time 11:00hrs / 12:00hrs
• Surcharges for local events/high season/peak dates may applicable
• After your written confirmation it will take 24 to 48 working hrs to re-confirm the booking
• Roe calculates @INR 85/- as on today. Roe calculates on day of final payments
• 5% / 20% TCS applicable as per actual on total land cost
• Rates are valid for Indian national only unless specified.
• All tour and transfer cost based on point to point.
• If guest missed any activities, it will be treated as no show – full cancellation charges applicable
• We request guest to wait at hotel lobby 15mins before pick up time for smooth services
• Guest have to prepare cash or credit card for room security deposit upon check in at hotel reception
